  • We do not offer refunds once access to the course or consultation has been granted, unless otherwise noted in writing.

  • Individual results will vary based on the dog, the environment, and the owner’s consistency. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • The success of any program depends on the time, effort, and commitment you put into the training.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • One-on-one consultations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
